Hans-Joachim Wolff
Hans-Joachim Wolff (* 1958 in Leer ) is a German radio commentator . It can mainly be heard on football and athletics broadcasts .
Career
Wolff was born in Leer. He graduated from school in 1976 with a high school diploma . He then did a traineeship at the Ostfriesen-Zeitung Leer and an internship at the Bundeswehr press office in Oldenburg . He studied journalism, political science and German in Münster . He then worked for nine years as a presenter, editor and head of duty at Radio RPR in the broadcasting locations Koblenz , Mainz and Ludwigshafen am Rhein . In 1995 he went to what was then DSF (today Sport1 ). There he comments on live broadcasts of football, athletics, table tennis , volleyball and beach volleyball .
He comments on national football matches, including amateur football, through to international pairings in the UEFA Europa League . Since he is also for LIGAtotal! was in use, summaries of games with Wolff's participation were also broadcast on ran on Kabel Eins .
Since 2013 he has been commenting not only for Sport1 , but also for its sister station, the Sport1.FM sports radio .
