Home strike
The home strike is the transfer of property to the public sector or another creditor. The home strike right arises when z. B. the municipal building supervision intervenes in a property by planning in such a way that the property owner can no longer use his property appropriately. The home strike then means that the owner asks the municipality to take over the devalued property and to compensate him appropriately.
