history

In 1959, Alois Kraler acquired a closed production facility and started manufacturing blinds with two employees . In 1965 the construction of our own production hall and the expansion of the sales network began. In 1968, an extension was built on Plant 1. In 1975, construction began on Plant 2 with 2,500 m². In 1986 the company's own power plant went into operation. In 1990 construction began on Plant 3 with 4,500 m². In 2001 an additional 4,000 m² of space was built on during an extension to Plant 3.

Locations

The head office is in Abfaltersbach , Austria, another 27 branches are in all Austrian federal states. Internationally, HELLA is represented with branches in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia.

The product range includes indoor and outdoor blinds, front-mounted roller shutters, built-in roller shutters, daylight and security roller shutters, external venetian blinds, articulated arm and cassette awnings, facade and conservatory shading, pergolas, roller blinds, pleated blinds, vertical blinds, insect protection and control technology for commercial and private construction.
