description

It is a reinforced concrete structure that has been veneered sparingly on the outside. A horizontal structure is achieved through the design-like arrangement of the generous aluminum windows. The horizontal emphasis is underlined by curtain-type escape balconies made of steel, which were presented to the windows.

Two similarly designed buildings are connected to one another by a common fixed point. This contains elevators, stairs and toilets. The laboratories and offices are lined up on the facade, the studios and ancillary rooms are located inside.
