Hesse / Schrader
Hesse / Schrader is a German duo of authors consisting of Jürgen Hesse (* August 31, 1951 in Berlin) and Hans Christian Schrader (* 1952) and since 1985 they have jointly produced numerous successful books in the field of applicant strategy for jobs and training positions with a focus on application documents , Aptitude tests, and interview behavior.
Both are qualified psychologists . They studied together at the Free University of Berlin and got to know each other there. In 1985 they published their first joint work entitled “Test training for apprenticeship seekers”.
So far (2012) the authors have published 160 books as a duo and sold over six million book copies.
Hesse and Schrader have been running the office for career strategy in Berlin since 1992 , a career advice company in which they also offer seminars and personal advice.
