Hippodroom (around 1920)

The Hippodroom building was located opposite the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (KMSKA) on Leopold de Waelplaats in Antwerp and was built according to designs by Charles Verstappen (1899–1934), Prof. at the ABA in Mons and at Inst. Prov. des Arts et Métiers in Saint-Ghislain . The grand opening took place on April 11, 1903. The demolition took place in 1972.
