Hot Dogs (youth book)
Hot Dogs is a young adult book series for 9 to 14 year old children by Thomas Brezina , illustrated by Betina Gotzen-Beek and published by Schneider-Egmont Verlag since 2004 . The main roles are played by four friends, two of them, Robbi and Mäx are brothers, Conrad, the "Baron" is a bit of a weird guy who always wears a suit and tie, and Jian-Dong is a funny guy of Chinese origin. The four agents of the AAA (agency for the detection of extraterrestrials) find a cell phone and from now on receive mysterious orders from a certain "popcorn" via this video cell phone . The boys' code name is Hot Dogs because the moment they find the cell phone, this name comes to mind from a hot dog delivery truck.
