Hulla vehicle plants for small engines was a German motorcycle brand that from 1923 to 1931 in Hagen in Bremen produced about 6,000 motorcycles.

The name Hulla was derived from the two company founders, Ing.Heinrich Helms (businessman) and Heinrich Ulrich (master mechanic).

The company was a clothing manufacturer; were DKW -Zweitaktmotoren 173 and 298 cm³ and JAP cm³ -Viertaktmotoren 296 and page control used.
