Two Husky toy cars, an early model ( Ford Thunderbird Convertible, right) and a younger model ( Cadillac Eldorado ).

Husky was a toy car brand name that existed from 1964 to about 1970 . In terms of design and size, the models roughly corresponded to the Matchbox models of the "1-75" series, whose competing product they were originally intended to be. They were made in the UK and only sold at Woolworth until 1969 . From 1970 models from the Husky series were sold under the name Corgi Juniors .
