Hybrid bond

A hybrid bond (engl. Hybrid ) is an equity similar subordinated corporate bond with a very long duration or unlimited period. Termination by the issuer is possible from a predetermined date. In addition, the agreed coupon payments can be suspended or postponed under certain conditions.
