iRMX

RMX, sometimes also called iRMX, is a real-time operating system for the main processors Intel 8080 and 8086 . It was originally used in the late 1970s.

Initially developed by Intel and then sold to Radisys in 1996 with effect from 1997. The product has now been taken over and further developed by TenAsys.

In 1990 RMX was connected to MS-DOS and in 1992 to Windows . In 2001 RMX was expanded on the basis of Windows XP embedded.
