Me and my Sister Klara

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Me and my sister Klara is a series of children's books by Dimiter Inkiow .

Plot structure

Most of the books contain short stories about the Klara siblings and their brother, the first-person narrator Klaus. All stories are told from the boy's sometimes childlike, naive point of view. This is about situations that you can easily get into, about things that children are only too happy to do, but which are forbidden. Sometimes the stories are just plain funny. Morality is not neglected either, in that the children try to spoon things up again and later realize that their step was wrong.

Siblings

Clare

Klara is a bright 10 year old girl. She always tied a high head of hair to appear taller, always wore red and green socks and yellow rubber boots. Klara is the more unreasonable of the siblings (although she is the older one). However, the decisive ideas always come from her.

Brother (Klaus)

The brother Klaras is 8 years old, always wears dungarees so that all possible odds and ends are always with him, and almost always has a plaster somewhere. He wears an orange baseball cap and tennis shoes because he finds them very comfortable. Klara's brother, although the younger one, always tries to dissuade Klara from the craziest ideas. However, he also follows many plans on her part and admires them for their ideas, which are at least always boring. He adores and loves his big sister very much.
