Installation
According to the Machinery Directive, commissioning is the first intended use of a machine covered by this directive. It may only take place when the machine complies with the requirements of the relevant EC directives and has been verified and documented by the EU declaration of conformity and CE marking .
The operator's obligations according to the Industrial Safety Ordinance begin with commissioning .
