Innovation partnership

The Innovation Partnership is the European procurement law a special form of procurement procedure , specific procurement procedures with the aim of developing an innovative product or innovative performance and the subsequent purchase of the resulting benefits. Due to the special European public procurement law for the member states, the legal institute is also effective in their public procurement regulations.

The characteristic of the procedure is a two-stage procurement procedure and the subsequent contract model.
