Integrated Conservation and Development Projects

Integrated Conservation and Development Projects ICDP (German: Integrated Nature Conservation and Development Projects ) describes a theoretical approach to international nature conservation with which development policy approaches are to be brought together with practical biodiversity protection. This idea was developed in the USA in the 90s and aims at sustainable development .

Today, the ICDP's practices are part of most major programs, such as: B. the WWF and many NGOs.
