International Competition Network

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The International Competition Network ( ICN ) is a forum that was founded largely on the initiative of the USA in October 2001, in which the national antitrust authorities come together to agree on common principles of competition policy . It is intended to improve bilateral cooperation in the handling of cross-border cases and to create a possible alternative to global supranational competition law (which the German side in particular has repeatedly advocated).
