International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors

The International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors , or ICPS for short , is a scientific conference that takes place every two years. Hundreds of scientists meet there to present the latest developments and research in the field of semiconductor physics .

So far, the ICPS has taken place 32 times, most recently in August 2014 in Austin .
