The International Maritime Employers Committee (IMEC) is the international employers' association of shipping companies based in London .

According to its own information, the IMEC represents over 100 shipping companies with more than 5500 ships and 145,000 seafarers. The IMEC is of particular importance as an employer representative in collective bargaining with the ITF , in which internationally binding collective agreements are negotiated for members.
