Iolkos
Location of Iolkos on the Gulf of Volos
Iolkos (Greek Iωλκός) is an ancient city in the Greek city of Thessaly (now Volos ). Legend has it that Jason and the Argonauts set out from Iolkos to steal the Golden Fleece .
