Isegrim's adventure

Isegrim's Adventures (originally Yvain et Yvon ) is a comic series by the Belgian illustrator Patrick Cadot and the scenario artist Michel de Bom , which was first published in 1985.

The stories are about the twins Jonas (Yvain) and Juri (Yvon). Juri has had the ability to transform into a wolf named Isegrim (Ysengrin) since he was five. Only the twins and a few very good friends know this secret; they even keep it hidden from their parents. Isegrim leads a life independent of Juri, of which Juri has no memories. In addition, Isegrim has mysterious powers with which he z. B. can heal other beings.

Publications

It was first published in Germany in 1987 in Yps No. 592. Up to issue 716 (1989), several stories were published with interruptions, a total of 198 of the 260 pages that comprise the adventures of Isegrim.

The Feest Verlag brought 1988/89 under the title The Fantastic Adventures of Yvain and Yvon two albums with a new translation of Petra churn out:

  • The trail of the Baphomet ( La Piste du Baphomet )
  • King of the Wolves ( Le roi des loups )
