Jakob Maria Soedher
Jakob Maria Soedher (actually Ullrich-Jürgen Schönlein ; born January 14, 1963 in Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld ) is a German writer .
Life
Soedher works for publishers, agencies and magazines and has published numerous travel guides and illustrated books. France and China formed the focus of his publications as travel writers . He has also worked as a photographer for numerous publications.
In 2005 he published the first volume of his crime series Bucher determined with the title Novemberfrost . In 2006, the second volume in the series - Auenklang - appeared under the title Requiem for a Love also by Aufbau Verlag .
In 2007 Soedher started the new crime series Schielins Falls with the title Galgeninsel . The protagonist - Conrad Schielin - is a detective commissioner in Lindau (Lake Constance) and reflects on the results of his investigations during extensive hikes with his French donkey Ronsard.
