James Gallagher (musician)

James Gallagher is an American rockabilly singer who released singles on various record labels in the 1950s.

Life

Born Rubon T. Golligher , he made his first recordings on Starday Records , which remained unreleased. In 1956, his first single, Crazy Chicken, was released on Decca Records as "James Gallagher" . At B&G Records in Lexington , Kentucky , he played more records. Gallagher continued to publish records under various pseudonyms until the 1960s, but fell out of the music business over the next few years.
