Jean Mespoulède (born October 31, 1980 in Périgueux ) is a French cyclist .

In 2004, Jean Mespoulède was twice stage runner-up and once third at the Tour de Gironde and was thus able to take second place in the overall standings. The next year he won the overall classification of the Criterium des Espoirs . He also finished third in the Tour du Labourd one-day race. From 2006 to 2008, Mespoulède drove for the French Continental Team Auber 93 . In 2011 he won a stage of the Tour de Gironde.
