Jin Shin Jyutsu

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jin Shin Jyutsu ( Japanese 仁 神 術 , Jinshinjutsu , dt. "The art of the creator through the knowing, compassionate person") is an "art of harmonization" which is used to harmonize the life energy in the body ( Qi , Chinese 氣 / 气 - Ki, jap . き / 気) should serve.

method

Jin Shin Jyutsu works with twenty-six "Safety Energy Locks" (SES) that are designed to bring life into the human body. If one or more of these pathways are blocked, the resulting stagnation should interrupt the flow of energy in the relevant zone and ultimately disrupt the entire energy flow pattern. Holding certain combinations of a person's energy locks with their hands should be able to balance them emotionally, physically and mentally. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be used both as a self-help and by a trained practitioner.

history

Jin Shin Jyutsu goes back to the Japanese Jirō Murai ( 村井 次郎 ; 1886–1960), who rediscovered it in Kojiki , the "Book of Ancient Things Japan". This art came to the West through his student Mary Burmeister (born October 21, 1918 in Seattle , † January 27, 2008).
