Junior Management Science

Junior Management Science (JUMS) is a scientific journal from the DA-CH region.

The magazine only publishes theses by students, i.e. bachelor and master theses, from all areas of business administration. Junior Management Science was founded in 2016 by professors Dominik van Aaaken and David Floryisiak and doctoral student Sebastian Waic, with the aim of giving students the opportunity to receive independent feedback on their theses and to publish their first publication while they are still studying. Twelve issues with a total of 70 theses have been published since it was founded until September 2019. The magazine also organizes an annual conference in Hamburg.

JUMS uses a double-blind review process and is published quarterly.

The Association of University Lecturers for Business Administration identifies this project as promoting young talent and supports the project.

The journal is open access and is hosted by the university library of the LMU Munich . The journal's dedicated goal is to make theses publicly available and thus to make them available for academic discourse.
