Kojien

Kōjien ( Japanese 広 辞 苑 , in German: Great Garden of Words ) is a one-volume dictionary of the Japanese language published by Iwanami Shōten . It was first published in 1955, roughly comparable to the German-language Duden . In 2007, 11 million copies of the dictionary were sold and in 2018 the seventh edition was published.

Since 1993 there have also been editions on CD.
