Referee Tower

The judges tower is part of a ski jumping facility. It is located next to the landing lane of a ski jumping facility so that the referees have an optimal view of the expected landing point of the ski jumpers in order to determine the jump distance as precisely as possible. In the case of small jumps, the judges' tower sometimes only consists of an open platform; in the case of large hills, it is designed as a multi-storey building, which in some ski jumping facilities can also be architecturally designed.
