Legal marketing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The right marketing refers to the marketing of lawyers , other legal service providers and rarely of Justice (z. B. for sale).

The legal marketing concept is subject, at least as far as legal representation is concerned, to the special feature of extensive price and location binding, so that conceptual leeway remains in the design of the range of services and advertising. From an economic point of view, legal marketing is a new form of specialization. Since the de facto advertising ban, lawyers have been permitted to advertise within the legal limits, in particular §§ 6 ff. BORA, § 43b BRAO and §§ 1 and 3 UWG. Only objective and informative advertising should be used as forms of advertising. Special forms of advertising, such as writing a book as an object of legal marketing, can also be found and are considered to beUnique selling proposition . Legal marketing is of particular importance for large law firms based on the Anglo-American model, so-called law firms . Large-scale advertising campaigns and the pro bono (voluntary) acceptance of mandates are already part of the marketing concept.
