The chapel Rönneter is in the district Rönneter in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ), At the chapel.

The building was built in 1949. It was entered under No. R 087 on January 31, 2001 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The chapel is located in Rönneter, at the junction of the spur road An der Kapelle .

architecture

It is a polygonal brick building with a grooved wooden cornice under a slated tent roof . Three segment-arched openings with modern grilles provide a view of the interior. Newly built altar hall made of upright, painted and raised jointed bricks with a top oak panel, crucifix top and painted corpus from the 19th century.

An inscription on the step in front of the cafeteria :

BUILT 1814 JPH RENEWED 1949

Three marble tablets with the names of those killed in the First and Second World War .
