Kasion ( Greek Κάσιον , Latin Casius ) is the name of two mountains in ancient geography:
- in Syria, south of Nymphaion at the mouth of the Orontes, today the Keldağ in Turkey
- Kasion on the Sirbonian Sea on the border of Egypt, near Pelusium, see Kasion (Egypt)
