Kautelar practice
As Kautelarpraxis or also Kautelarjurisprudenz (Kautel, Latin cautela "means of protection", "caution", to cavere "to be careful, to be careful, to secure" and iurisprudentia , iuris , genitive from ius "right" and prudens "clever" ) that legal activity is called which serves the preventive prevention of legal problems.
