Kazuma Shinjō
Kazuma Shinjō ( Japanese 新城 カ ズ マ , Shinjō Kazuma ; * 19xx) is a Japanese writer . His light novels , which he published under a different Kanji spelling of his name until 1997 ( 新城 十 馬 ), can usually be assigned to the science fiction genre. Before starting his writing career, he continued to use Fusahiko Yanagawa ( 柳川 房 彦 ) as a pseudonym.
His first work was published in 1991. This was followed by more for the Fujimi Fantasia Bunko label of the Kadokawa-Shoten publishing house. This publisher also published his two-volume series Hoshino, baberu in 2002 , which was nominated in 2003 for the Seiun Prize , the most important Japanese award for science fiction literature.
In 2006 he eventually won the Seiun Prize for another series, Summer / Time / Traveler . The covers of these two books, published by Hayakawa Shobō in 2005, were designed by the manga artist Kenji Tsuruta .
