The Kiev National Academic Theater of Operetta ( Ukrainian Київський національний академічний театр оперети / Kyivskyj nazionalnyj akademichnyj teatr operety ) is an opera house in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev .
The building was built in 1901, from 1907 the Trinity-Volkshaus was located in the building. The Kiev Academic Operetta Theater was founded in 1934 and is known as the Kiev Theater of Musical Comedy. In 1996 the theater got its current name.
