Plaintext dream

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Under plaintext space is understood in cryptography the set of all plain text that can be encrypted.

The plain text space is thus formed from the set of all character strings that represent meaningful information for the sender and recipient, in the case of the binary computer the set of all meaningful sequences from 0 and 1.

The plain text alphabet contains the set of all characters that can make up plain text.

Encryption maps texts from the plain text space into the secret text space .
