Klaus-Peter Röhler

Klaus-Peter Röhler (born November 4, 1964 ) is a member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE , where he is responsible for insurance business in German-speaking countries as well as Central and Eastern Europe.

Education and professional career

Röhler studied at the University of Göttingen , where he passed his legal state examination in 1992 and his degree in business administration in 1993.

Allianz Insurance AG

Röhler began his professional career in 1996 at Allianz Versicherungs-AG. In 2000 he was promoted to head of department for small and medium-sized business customers in the North Rhine-Westphalia region . In 2001 he became head of bank sales in North Rhine-Westphalia. From 2019 to 2020 he was CEO of Allianz Versicherungs-AG.

Allianz SE

From 2002 to 2003 Röhler was head of the Allianz integration office. In 2003 he became head of the office of the CEO until he was appointed Senior Vice President in 2006, where he was responsible for Italy , Spain , Switzerland , Austria , Portugal , Greece and Turkey .

On April 1, 2020, he was appointed to the Board of Management of Allianz SE.
