Clause granting action

The clause granting suit is from creditors to collect if the judicial officer in the clause granting procedure issuing a qualified enforcement refuses because the required documents are not by public or public certified documents can be performed ( § 731 Code of Civil Procedure ). Within the action for granting a clause, the obligee can then meet the requirements for the enforcement clause without restricting the evidence to public or publicly certified documents. It is a normal legal action that may have to be conducted through three instances.
