The surname Klobuk occurs in various Slavic countries and is often mentioned in connection with places that were originally spelled Clobuk . It is probably a residential property or origin name. The Moravian Vladik Lev z Clobuk , who was chamberlain to the Bohemian king around 1211, was also written as Leo Comes Clobucensis . He owned the village and fortress Clobuk, which was later also written Klobouk and Klobauk and is now called Klobouky u Brna .
