The Herz Jesu monastery is an institute of the English Misses in Günzburg in Bavaria in the diocese of Augsburg . It was founded in 1756 by Mrs. von Bertognani. It was not repealed in the course of secularization . From 1807 to 1817 the admission of new members was forbidden. In 1825, the sisters took over the buildings of the Franciscan convent founded in 1433 by Margarethe Böck and Margarethe Bader, both Günzburg civic daughters, and dissolved in 1782 .
