Plantain flour

As plantain flour is called unripe plantains , the dried, chaffed and were then ground. It can be used like conventional flours and, depending on the application, can completely replace conventional flour. Its high fiber content makes its use as a functional food interesting. In addition, thanks to its high starch content , it can be used as a starch substitute and for setting sauces or for making puddings .
