Collective agreement
As a generic term, collective agreements encompass all written agreements concluded between the parties to the collective bargaining agreement and the company parties. In detail these are
- collective agreements agreed between employers' association or employer and trade union within the framework of the Collective Bargaining Act ;
- Works agreements concluded between company management / employer and the works council within the framework of the Works Constitution Act ;
- between services line and the Personalrat within the staff representation law ( Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetz ; staff representation laws of the countries) completed servicing agreements .
