Artsakh Communist Party
The Communist Party Arzachs ( Armenian Արցախի կոմունիստական կուսակցություն Arzachi Komunistakan Kusakzutjun , English Communist Party of Artsakh ) is a political party in the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh . It is led by Hrant Melkumjan , who was re-elected at the Sixth National Congress in May 2012.
The party that is in opposition to the government failed to win seats in the National Assembly in the last parliamentary elections, but its share of the vote rose from 4% (2,432 votes) in 2005 to 4.6% (3,057) in 2010.
