Control Council Act No. 45
The Control Council Act No. 45 from 1947 is a law of the Allied Control Council , with which the Reichserbhofgesetz of 1933 including all additional laws, implementing regulations, ordinances and decrees from the time of National Socialism repealed and the laws that came into force on January 1, 1933 Inheritance of real estate through legal succession or disposal upon death have been reinstated.
For the area of the British zone of occupation , the court order was enacted on the basis of the authorization in Art. XI of the Control Council Act No. 45, which continues to operate as federal law.
