Reimbursement amount

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The reimbursement amount is a public charge levied by German municipalities to cover their expenses for measures to compensate for interventions in nature and the landscape .

The legal basis is §§ 135a ff. BauGB in connection with the provisions of the municipal tax laws of the federal states.

The reimbursement amount is still the unprofitable portion of the costs that a German municipality has to pay to the owner if the municipality orders a modernization and repair bid for a building.

The legal basis for this is § 177 BauGB.
