Kozaki (Polish Козаки for Cossacks ) is the name of several places in Poland:

  • Kozaki (Gołdap) , village in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, until 1938: Cossacks , 1938 to 1945 Rappenhöh , Goldap district, East Prussia
  • Kozaki (Łukowa) , village in the Lublin Voivodeship
