Art text

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An art text is a valid version of an Austrian law , which was supplemented by amendments after it came into force . In this context, art texts are documentations that are subordinate to the wording of the legal provisions in the Federal Law Gazette for the Republic of Austria . The art text may be annotated.

The art text is fundamentally to be used for checking the legal formality of the original version of laws (at a certain point in time).
