Coach seat
As a driver seat in which is nursing , physical therapy and medical respiratory relief or -unterstützende seating position respectively. In the coachman's seat, the breathing area is enlarged by stretching the chest , which enables deep breathing. The arms are supported on the legs and thus carry the weight of the shoulder girdle , from which the auxiliary respiratory muscles (including the pectoralis major muscle ) can expand the chest and thus contribute to the otherwise essential work of breathing performed by the diaphragm . This sitting position brings relief in case of shortness of breath and also promotes coughing up sputum .
