Storage location

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A storage area is a place where the cattle spend a lot of time, e.g. B. around alpine huts and stables, at drinking troughs and in places where the cattle are stored. In these places, a large amount of nitrogen is brought into the soil by cattle and their excrement . As a result, dense and species-poor stocks of large plant species can form, e.g. B. Alpine dock . The vegetation at the storage areas can be assigned to the tall herbaceous corridors due to its growth form with large-leaved, tall shrubs .
