Ventilation system directive
The ventilation system guideline (LüAR) of the respective federal state is a technical building regulation introduced in Germany according to state building regulations. It regulates the fire protection requirements for ventilation systems in the respective federal state. The sample ventilation system guideline (M-LüAR) is used as a template for the federal states.
Sample ventilation system guidelines
The model ventilation system directive (M-LüAR) is intended to standardize the regulations subject to state law. It is constantly updated by the building supervision commission of the building ministers' conference ; all federal states are represented in this. The ventilation system guidelines of all countries are based on this model.
The ventilation system guideline formulates the requirements resulting from §41 MBO. It therefore applies to systems that are subject to requirements according to the state building regulations.
