La Strada (organization)

The international organization La Strada is committed to combating the sexual exploitation of women. The organization's logo is a red rose with a stem made up of a single line of lines.

The organization was founded in 1995 on the basis of a bilateral agreement between the Dutch Foundation Against Trafficking in Women and two women's rights organizations in Poland and the Czech Republic.

She won the MTV Europe Music Awards 2004 in the Free Your Mind category . The award was presented by Alicia Keys. At that time it was already present in no less than 9 European countries.
