Leti (language, Cameroon)

The Leti (ISO 639-3 leo) is a secret language of the people of Mangisa in the Cameroonian Region (formerly Province) center along the river Sanaga is spoken as a ritual language.

Leti is spoken exclusively as a second language, while the people speak Mengisa [mct] as their mother tongue . The number of people who rule Leti is about 47,000.

The language is one of the bantoid languages within the Mbam language group of the Sanaga languages.
